  Gilbert from the very beginning was as helpful as can be. I came in with a ram issue and pc not booting up. I came in at 430 and even though they close at 5, I was getting text messages with pictures that he was working on my pc well after 5pm. He was able to find more issues that was going on with my PC that I didn’t know I had. He was very thorough through this whole process and  updating along the way assured me he was doing everything honestly and correctly.
